I live in Germany—how does that work?
We’ve just opened a warehouse in Germany, and space is limited. You can reserve your spot now! We’re building capacity for a total of about 50,000 bottles. When you “Request a Quote,” we’ll help you determine which solution is best for you. Of course, you can still store wine in Austria.
Are my wines insured—and what happens if they're damaged?
Yes, your wines are Wine Wallet against breakage, theft, water damage, and fire with Wine Wallet , depending on the package and coverage limit. In the event of a claim, we offer a clear, transparent claims process. The package includes insurance coverage up to €10,000—any amount above that is insured at a rate of 0.08 per mille of the value per year.
How do I get my wines back (return)?
You can initiate the shipment at any time. We’ll coordinate shipping or pickup from the warehouse—it’s straightforward and easy to plan. In Austria, we ship exclusively via GoExpress—it’s the best way to ensure your wines arrive safely.
Do you certify professional storage if I want to sell my wines?
Yes. Upon request, Wine Wallet a certificate of professional storage that can be used for sales or as proof of wine investments.
