What Sets the Wine Agency Apart
The Weinkanzlei is located on Schauflergasse, just a few steps from Heldenplatz. It doesn't get much more central than this in Vienna: The U3 Herrengasse station is three minutes away, and the Hofburg is just one minute away.
The space is a modern basement with curved wooden shelves, brick walls, and a calm, upscale atmosphere. And it has everything you need: an ultrawide screen, a sound system, and various lighting options for presentations or music. It also features a fully equipped kitchen, a wine cooler, a rapid cooler, a drinking fountain in the room, a coat check, and an elevator to the basement. Everything is wheelchair accessible.

One Room, Many Formats
We rearrange the main room depending on the occasion. We use three setups most often:
- Banquet – up to 44 guests. For dinner, a Christmas party, or a wedding reception. One long table or two parallel tables.
- Tasting – up to 44 people. For wine tastings, fireside chats, or board meetings. Long table or theater-style seating.
- Get-Together – up to 60 people. For a standing reception, presentation, or celebration. Bar tables arranged throughout the room.
Packages & Services
You can book the wine tasting room by the hour, for the whole day, or to suit your specific needs.
- Half-day (3 hours) – for private tastings and presentations. Starting at €600 net.
- Full-Day Office Rental (up to 8 hours) – for meetings or company parties. Starting at €1,200 net.
- Customized —for multi-day programs or special events. Available upon request.
Final cleaning is always included, as are the screen and sound system. Optional extras: a sommelier, waitstaff, catering, and wine pairing. For high-end wine evenings, our sommelier can present your wines or a curated selection from our network upon request. For catering, we work with select partners—or you can bring your own caterer.

Where Community and Wine Come Together
The Weinkanzlei is also the place where our community comes together. At the first Inner Circle of Wine event, around 60 guests gathered here to enjoy more than 50 wines from our members’ collections. That’s exactly what the Weinkanzlei is meant to be: a setting where wine, its origins, and personal stories can take center stage—whether at your own celebration or at one of our events.
